Nutella Stuffed Pancakes
Ever dreamed of Nutella stuffed pancakes, but without spilling all over yourself?
Because your answer is yes, we present to you this simple hack.
Ingredients for Nutella Stuffed Pancakes
- 10-14 tbsp Nutella
- ½ cups plain flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- cup + 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 1 tsp butter, separated ( 2x ½ tsp)
On a piece of baking paper drop 2 tbsp of Nutella and spread into a disc. Repeat to make 7 disks. Freeze until firm 1-1/2 hours. Keep them in freezer until baking.
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk them to combine. Now put the wet ingredients and whisk until lump free.
Melt a small amount of butter and wipe most of it after melted. Drop ¼ cup of batter into the pan and place one frozen disk onto the middle of pancakes. Top with batter to cover the disk. When bubbles start to appear and underside is golden, flip and cook until done.
